The Hammer Grip handles allow the user to perform neutral grip chin ups that isolates the back and biceps.  The handles mount to almost any bar, allowing you to easily add more workout variety to any existing or new chin up bars. The handles come equip with high quality knurlings for grip. 

Adjustable Width

Fully adjustable handle placement. This can be achieved by simply unlocking the clamps and sliding the handles to your desired location. This allows for a large variety of mounting options and the ability to use the handles with almsot any bar width that works for the users specific needs.

UNIQUE CLAMP SYSTEM The unique clamping system is fully adjustable to fit around almsot any sized bar diameter with the use of longer bolts.
